JOB SUMMARY

This job is exclusively for Coop Students who are enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-operative education program.

The service area consists of three branches reporting to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Financial Planning and Budgeting which include: Financial Services, Financial Planning and Budgeting and Financial Strategies. 

You are responsible for performing various activities associated with the support of Financial Strategies, Planning and Client Services, including assisting with system account maintenance, researching trends and analyzing data, updating policies, procedures and other documentation, and participating as a team member in special projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Enrolment in a recognized post-secondary co-operative program in Business Administration or related field

No experience required; previous finance and customer service experience is desirable.
 

KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of Financial principles
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers.
