JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator, HR Learning & Development will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that align with the City’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging policies, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusive growth.
This position focuses on coordinating strategic priorities such as leadership development, succession planning, and skill enhancement for new and existing staff. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, adept at building partnerships and working across teams to achieve shared goals. Their work will directly contribute to cultivating a thriving, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of university degree in Commerce, Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Adult Education or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a large organization with related experience in the planning and implementation of human resources activities including recruitment and selection and/or learning and development strategies.
